HOPE Course

It can be hard knowing what to expect after cancer treatment ends. That’s why our HOPE Course is here to help. HOPE is a free 4 week course designed for cancer patients who are post-treatment to strengthen coping skills, deal with anxiety, manage fatigue and more.
The course will run once a week for 4 weeks, starting at 9:30am-1:30pm and is run by a team of experienced healthcare professionals and a trained volunteer who has a personal experience of cancer.
