Pilates

Cancer patients can take part in our Pilates class for a full body workout that improves muscle tone, flexibility, strength and balance
Our Pilates classes run in blocks of 4, meeting every Thursday under the expert teaching of our instructor, Jan. These classes are suitable for all abilities and exercises can be adapted.
