Yoga helps you to tune in to your body, strengthening both the body and mind and finding positions that can help manage pain or discomfort. Helping to keep the spine strong and aligned, improving posture. It can help with flexibility, making movement and repair of the body a little easier.
Sessions also include ways to relax using breath work and movement. This helps to reduce anxiety and aid better sleep.
Yoga sessions are accessible to all and can be adapted to both chair and mat level.
